What insurance should I get for my phone?

Hello,

I just purchased a HTC Touch Pro 2 on Ebay. The phone is "lightly" used and is in full working order.

I would like to get some of kind of insurance. Could someone please recommend one?

I got an email from Squaretrade Warranties but I'm not if that is a good one. I they cover "mechanical and hardware" problems but since the phone has wondows 6.5, I'm not sure whether that if covered for malfunctioning.

Someone recommended Asurion to me and when I googled that, i found I have to pay $7 a month (not cool). I also found many negative posts.

I know with Squaretrade you only pay a one time fee and you are covered for two years. Is it worth buying?

Or is there another warranty you may recommend?
