can i put a iwireless sim card in my us cell. phone and do u have to have a data plan if it works

In order to use the CDMA TP2 on US GSM networks you have to SIM Unlock it and flash an unlocked radio if that is what you want to know. By iwireless do you mean AT&T?

iWireless is T-Mobile and US Cellular TP2's come SIM unlocked.
