verizon will NOT add a sprint phone to their network. only way to do it is to clone the esn, but that is illegal and discussing it is not allowed on this website.

Re: Using Sprint TP2 on Verizon account

Just curious, but doesn't it just use verizon's available towers when roaming? Someone was arguing about sprint vs. verizon networks in another thread and they posted a side-by-side of the sprint map (normal + roaming) and the verizon map. They looked like they were pretty much identical.

Also would using the provisioning tools provided with some of the custom roms help? Or does that just affect stuff like how the power button and keyboard behaves?

Re: Using Sprint TP2 on Verizon account

I think he's referring to switching service from Sprint to VZW, not just using their towers which can't be done, not legally at least and that can't be talked about here, so the simple answer is no.
