Agreed, from day one it was always kinda off.

Personally, I just use FIM, it's basically the same as the mobile site except you can chat with online friends and your notifications will show in the taskbar.

try touch.facebook.com. the dedicated app is not very good but that website works very well on the tp2

Having the same issue on my stock phone. What a joke. the app on my iPod touch is like 10 times better.. I just use the tp2 as a wifi hotspot
