Question .net compact framework problems

mt tp2 doesnt want to work programs that require the new version of .net compact framework... i have the 6.5 and i think its runnin the . net compact framwork 3.5..but it doesnt wanna work... does the 6.5 have the 3.5 installed??

i manually installed on energy 12/16/09, not sure if i needed to, but i have not had any problems

on energy 6.5 and everything works fine but once in a while ill get the error where they say i need the net c 3.5 even though i have used the app before with no problems. Ill try installing net 3.5 and see if it helps.
