Differences in builds?
 

I've been searching and getting no where so I might as well just ask it here.

What is the difference between builds when chef's post things like (from formula's SPB thread) "Current Roms: 08/04/10: 21667 / 23557 / 23563"

What's the difference between using a 21667 build ROM or a 23563 build ROM?

From what I researched it means the higher the number build the more fixes/addons have been added. Is this completely true?

21667 is wm6.5 with the start button on top
and 23xxx the start button is on the bottom.
i dont know the difference between all of the 21xxx builds compared to eachother and the same with the 23xxx builds. its probably minor differences that most wont recognize. like battery life or minor bug fixes

the best build in the 21xxxx series is 21057, no RAM leak or SODs.
