mp3 player was stolen
basically my mp3 player was stolen from my car so i bought a FM modulator that works with my verizon touch pro 2.
what kind of options do i have for getting music to my phone? would it be too laggy to stream music from the internet while i'm driving? i guess i could just put music on a memory card (the biggest i have is 4gb though). any tips or links would be greatly appreciated. |
Re: mp3 player was stolen
If you go to www.slacker.com on your phones browser you can download the latest version of it. Create an account and away you go. It's free btw and sound quality is pretty good.

i stream it all the time, it all depends on how your signal is of coarse. 4gb is plenty i have a 2gb and have over 150 songs on it

Re: mp3 player was stolen
There are MANY streaming radio "stations" available on the web. Various media players including the stock WMP on your device can access them for free. Also, as previously suggested, using your SD card you can store alot of music/audio-books, etc.
Just Google a station/genre, then type in the url into your preferred media player and listen! Slacker Radio Plus is the non-free version... Go to m.slacker.com select 800 x 480 WM device Register for free Basic account |

select 800 x 480 WM device Register for free Basic account I just did this. Not overly impressed by their standard selection, but I see where you can add your own stations... |
