Is it safe to have Duplicate Notifications and, rebuild notifications queue checked off in the cleaner?

Also in the advanced cleaner how about Dead registry, Bad uninstall (files) and (registry)?

Yes to all in regard to the Notifications, from my personal experience.

As far as the registry and bad uninstalls, you should be fine. Nonetheless, I highly recommend using Spb Backup or something similar, prior to doing any type of registry cleaning, mods, or optimization.
