Best security for lost phone? wiping device/SD card

The palm has a program... where you can sent a text message (includes specific secret phrase) to your phone in the event it was lost, it would lock the phone and wipe the SD card.

I was wondering if there's a such thing for windows mobile... or what is the BEST alternative if you were to lose your phone w/ SD card.

yes all you would have to do is use a freeware app called lookout.... you can do a hard reset from your computer and even get gps coordinates if your phone is lost.

There is several options, like Sprite Terminator, or Lookout. Plus serveral others if you do a search you can find them easy enough.

Darn clicked before I did. LoL

Sometime the GPS won't work if the phone is in the house. But it will make it scream and erase all data if wanted. (I know I tried both)

When I first installed LookOut it was in Beta testing. I've never had a problem, maybe the make up in advertising? Not sure, I guess you can always email them?

did they finally get this going for CDMA phones, they reason I ask is cause I emailed LookOut and the GPS function was meant for GSM, but they were working a on CDMA fix to get GPS coordinates.

If you're linked to Exchange 2007, you or your exchange admin can remote wipe the phone.
