Removing Cookie Home Tab

Hey, dont get me wrong, I love CHT, but my TP2 cant keep up and the restarts are driving me nuts, so I'd like to uninstall it. Problem is there is no item in the uninstall menu! Whats worse, since i installed it, I cant remove/move/ tabs. How should I get this thing off?

Try turning off sense and reset and see if it shows up, I know a long shot but give it a try, if all else fails a hard reset is the fix all.

if that doesnt work... this always works when i have trouble uninstalling...
1) find the cab for the version or cht
2) reinstall the cab
3) uninstall the cab

back up/hardreset, is it cooked in rom your using?

i got rid of mightyrom by installing original rom and hard reset.. same thing for CHT probably..

Hard reset is the way to go bro... I know what you mean. I installed it and kinda liked it but just not enough to keep it.

did you set wallpaper type to "regular" ???

i know when i first installed CHT i hated it because it was sooo slooowwwww.
but the default setting when you install it, sets your wallpaper type to HQ, changing it to regular made a HUGE difference for me.

and now that we can Overclock our phone - CHT is smooth as butter

you should be able to remove it from the 'remove programs' in settings. make sure you delete all the shortcuts and use CHT if u cant to get it back as close as possible as it was when you installed it for it to uninstall correctly, sometimes mods that you add will hinder removing CHT. Definitely have to remove quicklinks, thats on the CHT page at xda
