is my phone bricked?

so i was just installing a new rom and the red green and blue screen was up, it got to 6 percent, siad there was an error, tryed to redo, now the letters are scrambled on the red green and blue screen and coputer wont recongnize device oh yea, and i cant boot into the old rom.

pull battery out for a minute. remove mem card. then, with the phone off, hold the vol down button and the power button. that will put it into the tri color screen (bootloader). then, connect usb cable. then open the stock rom exe to flash your phone. stock roms here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=91940

Greate advice razorloves, I'll keep it in mind in case it happens to me while playing with my phone.
