Dropping Phone???? Use the Strap, lol

Well, I keep seeing post about how people are dropping their phones or they are afraid of dropping it. Well, I put a camera strap on my TP2 just like TP1 and haven't had any problems with dropping the phone or it slipping out of my hands. I posted this a couple of times but I think it needs a thread so people can SEE IT......

Ok, if you are afraid of dropping your phone (I am as well.) Why don't you use a camera strap (you know how they all have a little this strap you can slide your hand through) and put it on your TP2. Thats what I did. If you look at the back of your phone, on the very bottom there is a lil hole. Now if you take the back off the phone, look at the bottom. There is like a little P or T (kinda looks like a bubble P but filled in) tab. Slide the strap through the back of the phone (lil hole) and then slide it over the P or T. Then put the back on and your good to go, you now have a strap you can slide over your wrist and have it secure.

I HOPE THIS HELPS A COUPLE OF YOU!! If you guys want pics, just holla and I'll post'em

Re: Dropping Phone???? Use the Strap, lol

I haven't had any problems with the TP1 or TP2. It looks thin, the only way I see it breaking is if the strap isn't on all the way and pulls from the top, but its in nice and snug so I don't see any problem. I actually use the strap to pull the phone out of the case and if its in my pocket I use the strap.

Re: Dropping Phone???? Use the Strap, lol

I talked a good friend of mine to buy the TP2, and she was just saying the other day she wished it had a strap because she was scared she would drop it.

I'll have to send this to her. Thanks!

Re: Dropping Phone???? Use the Strap, lol

ive never dropped a phone from my hand. i had one drop in a toilet from being in a belt case and the other was in my lap as i got out of my truck and landed on the concrete. i was thinking about taping the device to my head and did some google searches for third party cases. do you think someone makes a case/strap like this for my touch pro 2? i couldnt find where this person bought this case but i dont think it will fit with my phone.
