Set Swype as Default

Does anyone know how to set Swype as the default? I thought I had seen a cab for this before but cannot find it now

Here you go. Install, run, select swype, soft reset.

Does it make your phone boot up really slow? Mine takes quite a few minutes before everything has fully loaded.

yeah mine takes roughly 2 min to fully reboot. (until the task manager icon pops up in the corner)
not really sure if this is a average time or not.
