Quick question on ROM numbers...

Well my ROM has been letting me down all day (VERY laggy, having to reboot, and once even ReFlashing), So I have decided to find a new ROM (and will start cooking my own tomorrow).

anyway I know the "2016" in the names is the Manila Version (2016 is also what I have now), but here is where I am confused (I know the first two, confused on the last two):

21889 - Windows Mobile 6.5
23569 - Windows Mobile 6.5.5
28232 - ????
23563 - ????

What are the last two? I assume one is 6.5 and one is 6.5.X (however, I seem to be good at being wrong, so I never know, lol)

If someone could let me know what version of Windows Mobile these are, I would greatly appriciate it. Thanks.

23563 is in the same build as 23569 so it's a 6.5.5 (just older build, but also most think is the most stable of that series)
28232 is a 6.5.x but I'm not sure if its a com3 or com5. It's not as popular as the 235xx series, and probably not as fast (from personal ROM building experience).
