Keyboard keeps popping up

Can someone please tell me how to disable or make my touch keyboard stop popping up when I receive text messages? It even pops up when my phone is locked and it makes my phone freeze sometimes and I have to soft reset. How do I make it stop?

You can do this with Advance Config or with this simple reg edit..Go to HKCU>ControlPanel>Sip>TurnOffAutoDeploy from default "0" to "1"
