Possible to sync one Outlook calander via ActiveSync and another via google?

I currently have my TP 2 configured to sync my personal Outlook calander by using Google Calander Sync and then configuring my TP2 to connect to google as an exchange server. This works great.

I now want to also sync my work Outlook calander (real exchange) to my phone as well. I cannot install Google Sync on my work PC, so that is not an option. If I install ActiveSync on my work PC, will it update my phone's calander with my work appointments, while still also placing my personal ones via Google?

Thanks for any ideas...

Why not export your personal calendar and import it into your work one, then just use the one.

You do know that if you did get them to sync all together you would have your personal stuff on your work exchange? I have seen this asked for over the years and it just always seems to end up being more hassle and headaches than its worth.

I actually managed to get it working the way I want. I got the GoogleSync EXE and renamed it which let me run it at work. I configured that for 1 way only, meaning place work items on my google calander, but not place google items on my work calander. At home, I did the same thing. End result is each of my calanders are self contained in outlook, but my cell phone now gtes both!
