Surf the web while in a phone convo?

I know a similar question has been asked with being on the phone and trying to surf the web and that is not possible. But is it possible to use WiFi while on the phone?

(I did some searching and didn't see a post of this info anywhere. Forgive me if I missed it)

Yes you can use WiFi (internet) and talk at the phone on the same time. But without WiFi you can't.
