Something that drives me crazy

Every time I finish a call the notifications window seems to be up on my screen (I use Energy Rom), I'm assuming its because my ear or side of my face is pressing against the screen at some weird angle when I'm using it, I don't hold it any different then any other cell phone I've ever had. Is there an easy way to keep it on the phone call screen?

Re: Something that drives me crazy

This happens with stock ROMs, too, unfortunately. It has to do with the proximity sensor not happening fast enough and your ear or head hitting the Taskbar before the screen blanking activates. Not sure how to fix it.

Re: Something that drives me crazy

Weird... mine happened on the stock 6.5 ALL THE TIME, and I've been using EnergyROM GTX and haven't had that issue. Maybe over time I've just adapted to pulling the phone to my ear slowly and carefully without realizing it. I think it's annoying as ****, but thank God it went away after I decided to leave stock again.

Re: Something that drives me crazy

i think its the opposite.. that your not pulling away fast enough...

if YOU hang up the call you already have pulled away successfully to even be able to hit the end button

** if your caller hangs up first, the call will end and the phone Will Wake even up against your ear still.. this is probably the how/when/where you have the chance to hit the taskbar since the phone is awake despite the fact the screen was off..

so you just have to be quicker i guess.. its happening when the caller ends the call quickly and the device wakes on the ended call up against your face still..
