how do you save pictures received via txt?

This may be a dumb question but how do i save a picture i have received via txt msg? I try to save it but wont let me rename the picture or select where to save it. I usually end up saving it as the default name "imagejpeg_2.jpg" and search for it on my phone then rename it....please tell me there is a better way. Thanks for your time and effort.

Well the way I do it is go to the text message with the picture. And click menu and then contents. It will then pull up the txt file and the picture file. Tap and hold the picture file and click the option to save. It will then be saved to your my documents folder in my pictures on your device. I then navigate to that folder and copy and paste it where ever I choose. You should be able to rename the picture file from there.

you cant rename while saving... its just not an option for some reason.. stupid i know..

Thanks guys! Yea Bored that is a stupid desgin. Thanks young, thats how i do it but somtimes i swear it doesnt go to the mydocuments folder....again thanks for your guys help.

you may want this too if you dont have it already.. saves pics to memeory card instead of device
