well, yes and no. it will give you a rom with the latest and most likely newest build in it, but it won't necessairly be the fastest rom. speed also depends on other things since older builds can sometimes be faster than newer ones.

i get it. i mean the fastest it can be with the newest build.

im actually going to look into ocing my tp2. i usually turn off things like home screens since they use too many resources. this wont be a problem with newer devices since they are usign a 1 ghz proc. but from all iv read wp7 sucks.
