Classic word completion was the cause of the lock ups.

Out of nowhere my phone started locking up anytime I typed, whether it was in an SMS or in Bing. I finally realized the problem when I un-installed the classic word completion hack. It's weird because I never had a problem with this until now and I have been using it on 6.5 since the official release from Sprint. Does anyone have a fix for this?
