Installing New Rom

I have been trying to get a new rom for my Touch Pro 2 from Sprint. I have downloaded a few different to my computer, but just cant seem to find out how to install. I have done a task29, so am not an idiot in how to do some things on this phone. But when I open up the roms I have downloaded I cant seem to find a RUU to work to install.

Any Help for this beginner?

Well, I am going to go on the thought that you have unlocked your phone. what ROM are you trying to install?

Well, I have tried numerous one, but the most recent one is

BigMaxSenseROM-23563-Sprint-5-30.

I am not quite sure of the right steps to follow. I installed one from MightyRom once before and all I had to do was click on the download and follow steps. Is there something else I need to do like put it on my sd card or what.

If you open the files via winzip (or everything is still in individual files) find the .nbh file. Rename it to RHODIMG.nbh, put it on you SD card, enter bootloader and follow the on screen instructions.
