Windows Live will not delete mail on server from phone

Since I upgraded my Sprint TP2 to 6.5, email that is deleted on the phone are not deleted on the server. I am using the stock rom and windows live (hotmail) was setup via windows live i.e. not using pop or imap4. Sync appears to working fine otherwise. I recieve email just fine, can send etc... If I delete an email through my PC then it will delete it off the phone. Any ideas???

You need to sync the folders. Look for it in the menu.

Re: Windows Live will not delete mail on server from phone

I have sync folders checked. I even went to Manage folders and long pressed on the inbox folder. The phone shows that it syced with no errors. No luck even if I manually sync.. I've double checked everything..no errors either.

Re: Windows Live will not delete mail on server from phone

I am also wondering about this. It also happens with Gmail and yahoo mail. I delete email on the phone, but when the phone syncs again, the email just comes back! All accounts are set to move deleted email to server trash. Shouldnt that still be sufficent to get them out of my inbox?

I have even watched as the phone is syncing and in the bottom left corner it says "Deleting mail from server" yet it never does. I have even deleted the windows live account and recreated it with no luck.
