cant get rid of oxsrix clear time cab

I have tried. and tried. and tried.

No luck.

I dont have a clock on my main screen now just a little am/pm thing.

I dont want to hard reset, I finally have the phone the way I want it.

Any suggestions?

Everytime I go to remove osrix, it says, it wasnt completely removed. I tried to re-install other clocks on it, and nothing

go into the registry VIA total command... probably under software>app delete, and you should be ok

Turn off sense, then install the cab again. you should get a message that the previous version will be removed. Tap OK and let it install and soft reset. It might be gone now, if it isn't, turn sense off and uninstall the usual way. I once had to do this twice to get rid of a pesky transparency.

You can delete/rename any file not in ROM on your phone. Just find what files are in the cab (open with wince cab manager or use any of the tools to convert the cab to an OEM/EXT) and delete them from your phone with total commander or resco explorer. Post the cab and I can tell what it contains if you need.

I bet if you disable Sense/TF3D and then soft reset and then try to uninstall it then it may uninstall. Or do that then use an app like sktools, memmaid, or tms uninstaller to remove it.

Re: cant get rid of oxsrix clear time cab

Thanks for the tip, I dont have sktools (at least the full version) or the memmaid so I will try and find memmaid by doing some sort of search I gather.

I will figure it out, just a silly mistake on my part.

Love the phone, but ....sometimes it bugs me.

No problem.
Unfortunately, sktools and memmaid are not freeware. TMS is though. If you want to try it here is a direct download link:

Re: cant get rid of oxsrix clear time cab

Ok I tried memmaid, and thought I removed/uninstalled Osrix25 clearclock cab, but I still have no stock clock and cannot still add others to my home.

any suggestions, osrix is not on my list of applications anymore.

I have not heard of Osrix25 clearclock. Is this a manila, sense, or CHT mod? What rom are you using? It does sound like you got it removed. After removing it, if you leave sense/tf3d disabled and soft reset whatever was in rom that this mod replaced should return. Then if you restart sense/tf3d after soft resetting sense/tf3d should use the original files from your rom.

Re: cant get rid of oxsrix clear time cab

Sorry I am running 6.5, stock 2012 rom...
I think its a sense clock, might of gotten it from xda..

On Memmaid, I go to installed apps, and click on OSrix, and it should delete it. I soft reset, then when it comes back on, turn on sense again..and it should be gone and the original clocks should be on there right?

I am running s2w's glass theme too.

Ugh, i hate to do a hard restart.
