Touch pro 2 Keeps freezing and becomes unusable, Please Help

I Have a Sprint TP2.

I delved into Roms last week when i got my TP2. I tried the r13 rom first and liked it, but at some point when I tried to turn my phone back on it wouldn't. I tried everything, even restarting the phone. It just didn't respond any more so I had to hard format. Then i tried installing Mighty Rom.

I got it customized and everything. It worked nearly perfectly. The only problem I had was that it drained the battery REALLY quickly (like 1 percent per minute) sometimes and i figured something might be running in the background. But today, it's doing the same thing as the r13 rom.

Some programs I have installed are:
Cookie's home tab editor
Skyscape medical programs
Batti
1% battery cab
No-push internet
tree size pro
pandora
slacker radio
clean rom

and some more i can't remember at the moment.

Does anyone have any tips on how i can fix this for good? Or should I just keep trying roms and hope that it will fix it.

The phone is literally unusable at this point.

Is this a known problem?

Thanks.

Ok.. here is what I did when my TP "became slow", archive my text messages using MyPhone, cleanup yahoo email inbox, then reflash with MightyROM!

What do you mean by slow? Here's what happens with mine. Sometimes it'll turn on, sometimes it won't. I can try holding the power button, pulling the keyboard out or pulling the stylus out and it may turn on or not depending on how the phone feels at that particular moment. Sometimes having someone text me or call me turns it on too. That used to at least let me use the phone, but now even after a restart of the phone it kinda gets stuck on the launching HTC sense window and the only other window i can sometimes get to is if i press the call button to get to the call screen. Can't go to any programs screen to uninstall anything.

Have you tried to do a task29, then flash with a stable MightyROM and do not install anything for couple of days, and see if you still have the issue?

Re: Touch pro 2 Keeps freezing and becomes unusable, Please Help

I used task29 then flashed to MightyRom 2 days ago. Are there different stable and not stable versions? I used whichever was the most recent. I even did a hard reset before and after installing mighty rom using the button method to be safe. I'll do anything at this point just to get this phone working. I have to go out of state to where i'm sure there won't be sprint support in a couple of weeks and I don't know what I'd do if i had these problems there.

I'll try hard resetting again and see what happens i guess.

The latest MightyROM is most stable ROM here. Also, can you disable Sense and do not select anything on the today screen and see?

I can't really get to any menus to disable sense. Is there any way to get there without getting to the programs menu? About the only thing that works is if i hit the antenna on top to to get to the battery and communications menu.
