Dont use TF3d and need some help
 

Please forgive my noobness as this is my 1st ever post but ive turned off the touchflo on my phone(just dont fool with it enough)but id like to A.find a dialer skin thats not gonna jank up my phone and B.figure out a way to change the color of the top and bottom of my screen cause the RC mod i have dosent seem to work..Can anybody help???

To change the top and bottom bars you need to install a custom TaskBar that is of the color you want or create your own. Search the themes forum or look at the screenshots posts and ask users that have something you like what they are using :)
