Need help changing background popup dialog box color

I already read one thread and it did not work. Does anyone know the specific hex entry in the registry to fix the background dialog box so it will show white rather than black as pictured below?

this is an oldie but goodie... not every option works with 6.5 but alot do.. give it a shot.. you can change menu backround colors in there.. not sure if itll stick though, worked on 6.1 all day though.. it wont hurt anything to try it, and its uninstallable
