Caller id problems

I have sprint tp2 flashed to metropcs, my caller id names comes up in symbols. Is there any way to fix this..any help would be appreicated.

When anyone calls it symbols, or just a select few? I've never experienced this, you might want to do a soft reset (shut the phone off and turn back on). It might come down to it where you need to do a hard reset. Let's hope not. Interested to see if anyone else has had this problem, I've never heard of it

Sounds like a rom issue to me. A hard reset is probably in order.
