The ROM is only 3 days old. People haven't run into it yet.

Seems one of the things updated in the new ROM was a DLL file HTCVolume.dll.
Could this DLL be the issue? Or does this DLL just have speaker/vibrate/mute icons? And, again, is this intentional? I'm wondering if this auto volume switch mode was the cause of the "stuck in headphone mode" problem people reported here.
