Does Fring work with TP2?

I get conflicting answers here.
i tried to install it yesterday from their official site and I chose the cab for the touch pro I (they dont have one for TP2 yet).

It installed fine, but during the configuration it only asked for WLAN network and not my internt plan.

Is there a fix or a work around for this?

I read in their forums (fring) that some users with TP2 were able to make it work , but nobody says how

U just have to install the cab and it will automatically connect. I tried it, and had no problems connecting to google talk, but I prefer Palringo over Fring.

i guess this is my question: which cab is the right one for TP2?

I downloaded the one from here --> http://www.freewarepocketpc.net
just search Fring and it worked smoothly for my Sprint TP2. Sorry I couldnt be of any technical assistance, may others will chime in shortly.

do you have WM 6.5 or 6.1?
i think 6.5 is not supported yet and here where probably the issue is.
