TP2 speaker phone not working when faced down

Hi, I recently updated to the new 6.5 stock rom and today I noticed that when i flip my phone over and place it on a desk, the speaker phone fuction does not activate. I would have to manually press it to work.

The setting is set to turn on as well, I do have JD's taskmanger installed

Anyone noticed this problem? reboot did not help.

I've had that problem intermittently with custom roms, I use Energy almost exclusively, but it likely occurs on other roms as well. I'd keep a lookout for the next release of whatever rom you're using and try again. The current Energy seems to have no issue with it.

what other programs do you have installed? some of these, like if you have hdTweak installed, will auto disable that feature.

I had this same issue with an unlocked GSM Touch Pro 2, running the stock 6.1 ROM. It worked for a while, but started doing this right before I switched to sprint and bought a Sprint Touch Pro 2. Curious to see if anyone figures out what the cause is for this...

I notice that the function will only work if whatever surface you set it on is "perfectly" even. Like it can't be on any type of tilt or anything. You'll notice the phone vibrate when it detects "level ground".
