htc sense music tab is lagging

Really frustrated with this sluggish performance lately. Anyone experiencing this horrible lag when scrolling album cover. I have about 10gb of music and phone lags and freezes when on music tab. Never had this problem when I had 6.1 roms.

mine doesnt lag and i have about 7.5gb of music. i had a prob with having to wait for the music tab to rebuild the library and it only starts to rebuild when you go to the music tab. i added audiomanager to the startup folder so that it rebuilds the library every time the fone starts. all you do is drop the attached .lnk file into \my device\windows\startup, and soft reset... i have been using this for a while and havent noticed any lag at startup or any other issues.

now, have you noticed that the music tab cuts off the last few seconds of each song? i need a fix for that

i have a different issue my phone freezes when im listenig to sprint music and then i get a txt message for like 10 seconds or more

Purchase an sd card that is class 6. Adata is a known brand for about $60 (16gb).

I have 16gb 6 card. It working fine now I had to back everything up and do a format.

I have not had these problems with about 6gb. I listen to a lot of podcasts and the device is synchronizing all the time. What do you use to synch... maybe therin lies the problem? I am using the Standard WMP on Windows 7.
