how do you send cabs to someone?
 

i don't know how to say this but is it possible to send a cab to another TP2 user? like a text message with cabs attached to it for the user to install to their phone?

as far as i know, you need instructions? glad to help if needed. i dont bluetooth so maybe that way somehow but email works well.

you can bluetooth it too. you can even send it in a pic/vid message as long as its under 1mb.

no actually i don't. i kind of figured that before hand when i posted this topic. i was hoping that there is another method into sending someone cabs other than via e-mail.

oh ok. does the other user must have their bluetooth on or no? otherwise it's probably useless if neither one of our bluetooth is on...

iRemember i used to send myself cabs from computers and i would try and download them through my "Hotmail" email thats pushed to my phone (Treo 700wx/Treo 800/Treo 850e)and i was never able to open them because "hotmail" would display a message saying it couldn't download the file do to it might being Blllllaaah , Blllahhhh , Blaahahh..

So i would just email the links to were the cabs were posted.

How far is this other person?? If they are far away, email is the best and easiest method. Others mention bluetooth, so I figured the person is close enough to use bluetooth. But if that's the case, you might as well just put it on the SD card and pop it into their phone.

to send via bluetooth, theirs has to be on and set to discoverable
