Bluetooth [Kitchen] WVGA Touch Pro 2 Collaboration

And the base 6.1 I cannot get Bluetooth to work - i get a strange "OBEX service is not available or ready" error. I get the same error on Blackout ROM but not on MightyROM.

Any thoughts guys?
