SD CARD flash hung at "update in Progress"

Attempted flash from sd card with the energy rom. its been hung at the updating in progress screen. im worried that the phone will either run out of battery if it stays like this or i will have to turn it off. im gonna wait it out but any help is appreciated.:o

syli in softreset hole will put rom that was there back, your fine

ok so now im back at the flash update screen. should i just try a different rom?
