Missing calls

I checked the forums and saw a few missed call threads. I am running 6.5 stock and put on cookies home screen editor. I noticed I was missing calls. They don't show up in my missed call history. I only know when I get a voice mail out of the blue. I went to the phone options and it was defaulted in Global mode. I switched to CDMA only and now it works fine. No more missed calls. Does anyone know of this being an issue? Or it could just be coincidence. This happened twice. I did a hard reset and had to switch off of Global to get all my calls. Just wondering...Oh, and I've updated the PRL too.

Try updating your profile, and PRL...that might help...or make sure you have good enough signal strength where you live. If not I recommend the Airave to help you out. Generally you can call up Sprint and have them send out a Airave for free for 2 years if your nice enough to them, they did it for me and I get perfect signal in my apartment.

Verizon needs to send them out for free.. I wont cough up for the price they want.. I think I pay enough for the data plan that hardly gets used but am forced to take

you might also want to check and make sure the "DDTM" is set to "off", which is located in your phone option menu under the CDMA Services tab.

If DDTM is set to "on" calls will be sent to voicemail when you have only a "active" data connection. Once the data goes "idle" calls will be able to come through.
