Animated Weather On Home Screen (Verizon TP2)
 

I just got a newly replaced tp2 and it had the weather animation on the home screen (Clouds, Sun beams, etc...). But I changed the wallpaper to something else and it stopped. Any way to get the animation back on (everyone seems to like this)? I'm running stock 6.5 on Verizon. Any help will be thanked and appreciated.

On the sprint version you can change one of two different wallpapers... There's an option to change the weather wallpaper. That's the one you want... Once you choose one... The weather will animate.
The other choice is to change to an animated wallpaper. But you can change that too, which will kill disable your weater animation.
So... go to the settings tab and tap personalize then under wallpapwers choose the weather one... Then choose the background you want. And that should do it.

Yeah, on the Verizon one it doesn't have the weather wallpaper option you are talking about all it is. Is just default stuff in there. I know I'm supposed to have default wallpaper for the animation to work. But I'm trying to put whatever wallpaper and still have the animation to work (If God Allows on all tab screens!). I have the Verizon TP2.

yeah... I was hoping HTC had left that setting the same...
When you go to the settings tab ( the little sprocket looking one to the far right)
Is there an option to personalize on that page? And if so... What happens when you click on personalize?

Nope, nothing that says personalize on my tp2. Is there a way to get Sense 2.5 on a vzw tp2? Any cabs for that?

Right, I should say that the solution I linked to only puts the custom wallpaper on the home screen. I didn't want it on the other tabs.
