Outlook ===Help
 I need some help please. i can not sync with outlook server with this rom any suggestions. I get an error message. ERROR SYNCRONIZING. Thank you

Can you get to the internet over the data connection? If so, are you trying to use Microsoft Exchange? You need to be able to get to the same URL as the Outlook Web Access and the server has to be configured to enable MS direct push for email.

Yes, which type of server are you trying to connect to? Settings?
