Unhappy Your device was not detected PLEASE HELP!

Ever since I upgraded to 6.5 my device is not detected by activesync. I re-installed activesync, checked all the boxes, deleted partnership, have done everything short of a hard reset. Can anyone please help? I really don't want to have to hard reset.

Re: Your device was not detected PLEASE HELP!

uninstall and reinstall activesync

I've had to do this every once in a while when the drivers get screwed up from switching back and forth from "card reader" to "activesync"

Re: Your device was not detected PLEASE HELP!

I already have uninstalled and re-installed several times, I tried a different USB cord and it still did not work. I will try hooking it up to a different computer and see if that works. It seems a little suspicious to me that it happened right after the upgrade. Is is possible that it could have caused the problem. Since the upgrade my battery drains each night when it is off and will not turn on in the morning until I hook it up and charge it. It is fully charged before turning it off. Thanks for the input. I'll let you know what happens with the other computer

Re: Your device was not detected PLEASE HELP!

I tried different cords, different computers, hard reset. Nothing worked so I'm assuming the usb is defective. How did you get a replacement? Does HTC or Sprint do the exchange/repair? Do you know the cost involved?

Thanks

Take it into a Sprint store see if you can get it swapped there first.
