Problems with audio in calls and headphone jack with music

When I plug in headphones to the jack it plays the music through the earpiece. Not the back speaker and not the headphones. It is not a connection type of issue like it is dirty. My blue tooth headphones stream correctly though, with music anyway.

When I try and place a call it does make the call but I cannot hear anything through the earpeice, the speaker phone, or my bt headset. I can receive calls but also cannot hear anything.

If I try it enough and do a few soft resets I can then start to hear my calls.

This is on a clean install of the MightyRom after a task 29 about a week ago. The bad thing is I am not sure when this started happening. Before or after the flash as I make very few calls. I was running the same rom before this last flash also.
