Just go to nanogroove.net and hit contact, then the email link for questions regarding your unlock code. They usually respond pretty quickly.

thanks i did that but i have my unlocker it just dont unlock nomore no rom change or nothing just the update.

Did you explain to them that it won't unlock? They should try to help troubleshoot the problem.

maybe... you entered your device ID wrong in the buy now section?.. I'm not sure, just saying.

Yup, that's very possible....better check the device ID as well as unlock code, and verify it with nanogroove.net

I got the nanogroove app v1.0.4 from here a couple months ago. I believe it was in the favorite cabs thread. I had never heard of it before and thought it was free since it worked with no issues. That is until recently the song searches fail and it wont pull my playlists from grooveshark.

I had a similar problem after updating my ROM using the Official Sprint ROM. I emailed them with my ID and they gave me a new code a few days later.
