6.5 features on 6.1

I'm not really sure how to search this, or if it's even been discussed yet...

I was wondering if anyone has created any cabs that have features of the TP2 6.5/Sense upgrade usable on 6.1.

For example, on 6.5 you get the weather clock and program tabs on the homescreen. Is there a way to get those specific features on the 6.1, WITHOUT flashing a rom?

I ask because, like others, I'm partial to 6.1. I upgraded to 6.5, played with it a bit, but ultimately like my customized 6.1 (probably because I spent 3 months perusing these threads and getting cabs...like a frat pledge, the pain of the process makes me wanna stick with it).

There were a FEW things I liked about 6.5, mainly the homescreen and the ability to choose how often weather updates (instead of just the update/don't update option on 6.1). But there were more things I disliked, like the confusing settings tab (how the hell do you find anything!) and that god-awful honeycomb programs screen. I know a lot of the 6.1 cabs wouldn't work on 6.5, but the ones I really wanted to work, like getting the programs tab back and getting the programs in orderly-looking rows, weren't compatible.

Again, not looking to flash my rom (don't know how and don't want to blow up my phone trying to learn), as I'm pretty happy with just getting cabs for the stock rom.

What I'm looking for probably isn't possible, but hey, never hurts to ask!

so what you want is a 6.1ROM with sense 2.5???
sounds like you'll need to go the custom ROM route for that one.

Really. The rom you want is a custom 6.1 rom with manila 2.5

It is called Blackout Rom.

Be brave! Try and flash your phone, it's not as bad as it sounds.
