USCC folks: 1x only?

Went on a trip to Dallas, TX this past weekend, and my phone never switched off of 1x the entire trip...I expect the crappy service around here, but kinda figured it'd ramp up when I actually got to civilization?

Next time this happens try daiing *228 to get an updated list of towers. If the problem persists it may be that the particular market your in at the time is still working on getting EVO. The tower update is a free call, and takes about 50 seconds. It is all automated so it is pretty easy to do.

I'll try that...I just assumed it would switch by itself, and was looking forward to trying my Tp2 on a *real* connection for once...lol!
