Im not sure why but when i use B4all 2.5 cab for background its making the picture resolution lower than any other screens. I have searched but not to sure what im looking for to fix

Use HDwalls, or send a petition to HTC, lol.
They only allow for 512x512 resolution to be used in manila, without using QTC files for wallpaper. Which means making cabs with HDwalls.
I have previously posted a HQBG4all that will give you much better resolution wallpaper, but it is not currently compatible with Co0kie's Home Tab Mod.
It can be had with 16 or 20 quicklinks, and with or without a dual clock array.
It also has a setting for separate landscape wallpaper.
