Help- Pocket Sheild Problem

Guys I need some help ASAP. I was try out pocket sheild and chose the side to side gesture action to unock my phone. However it will not unlock when I try this- swiping from side to side much like you would do with slide to unlock. Can anyone advise me on what I might be doing wrong or a possible remedy to get the phone unlocked? Thanks in advance for the feedback.

i would try a soft reset & then after reboot immediately go into the p.s. settings b4 it has a chance 2 lock & then change it.

what did you set the sensitivity to? i wonder if youre doing correctly? just shake the bejesus out of it, it'll open! i had mine set at rough and i had to give it a good shake! you use the term "swipe" and im'm thinking-finger swiping the screen...and thats incorrect. you have to shake that sucker!

& for future reference at pocketshield.net there is a phorum & questions to problems are answered in a reasonable amount of time
