Day Light Savings Time.

I have researched and read all the threads so do not get mad for me posting this. I do not care about the calendar issue as I do not use my phone for appointments. I care about my clock always changing a head!!!

I downloaded and installed the windows cab to fix the DST problem..... Problem solved or so i thought... It worked for a day or two and than poof today I get a phone call from the girlfriend and she says its three o'clock when I recall just seeing four o'clock on my phone. Of course I am furious.... Thought this patch would fix it!

Couple options:

I have several locations added on my phone. I can simply select one of those and it ensures its the correct time instead of having "My Location" be the key source for my clock. That works wonders!

Secondly I turned off the Time Synchronization Settings and that works as well. However, I like having it automatically update just to be safe. Thus it seems after I installed the cab and soft reset it went back to doing the same hour a head stuff.

I figured id try something else. I recently turned back on the Time Synch, and uninstalled the Microsoft DST cab update. Soft reset and updated "My Locations" Weather several times and also went in and updated the time synchronization. Still has not changed on me! I will keep you posted if this works or if it ends up falling back into its devious time trickery....

So far so good!
