Data not working and neither is e-mail

I have my e-mail set up as imap, and my Outlook doesn't show my e-mails as my data isn't working. Is there any way to have it work via wifi? So far it doesn't work with wifi, but maybe it can?

your data must work somewhat cause you just posted from your phone, unless you are connected to wifi.
have you done a speed test, like mobilespeedtest.com or speedtest.net
i connect to my wifi and send receive email just fine without the data connected and it works flawlessly without any tweaks
to me it doesnt sound like a data problem but a email config problem

My e-mail worked just fine this morning, but now my data and e-mail doesn't work. I can see the e-mail accounts and past e-mails in the Sense e-mail tab, but no accounts are shown in Outlook, and I cannot click on the previewed e-mail.
