How do I shutdown programs on Sprint 6.5? Other problems.

I am trying out Sprint's new stock rom from Mighty Rom. There are a few things I don't like. I use Kinoma Free Play and Slacker radio. I can't really turn off the programs completely. I close it but the music keeps on playing in the background. With MightyRom I could use the upper right corner button and shut down those programs completely.

How do I shut these programs down completely?

Also if anyone knows where is the Programs tab? I know I can flick up the apps on the home screen and more shows but it's not enough buttons.

Also my Opera seems to load mobile versions. Like yahoo is set for my home page and it loads the mobile version. How do you do change it?

TIA

Here ya go:
1. Enter "opera:config" into your Opera address bar
2. Scroll down to "User Prefs"
3. Scroll down to "Custom User-Agent"
4. Enter the following: Opera 9.7 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en)
5. Restart of Opera.

I can't get the Opera 9.7 (Windows NT 5.1; U;en) to stick in the User Perfs. How do I get it to save my changes.

TIA

I changed this and still can't get the mobile view to stop showing.
Anyone know how to change it?
