No Sound through Speaker

Hey I need some help
i just noticed today that I cant hear any sound through my Speakerphone and also the phone has no sound when a text message comes in or the phone rings. The only thing I cant think i did was plug in the headphones last night up until then it seemed to be working fine.

Any ideas on ways to fix this?

does the headphone icon still appear up top?

No the headset icon does not stay on.

I think I figured out what it is due to though. It seems my ram usage will go up to 85% even though i dont have any programs running and once it reaches this point the sound seems to stop working. Not very reliable if you ask me since i have already missed some calls and texts due to this.

are you using hd tweaks?

I had the same problem using HD Tweaks, I had to uninstall the program. No problems now.

No I dont believe Im running HD tweaks at least its not in my program folder.

if your stock your and havent installed it, you dont have it. if your running a custom rom, it may be cooked in. most chefs add advanced config tho. its also known to cause problems for cdma devices, although not this problem specifically. are you stock or custom?
