Press the windows button and the left soft key will lock it. Or go to start, settings, all settings.personal, buttons - and go over to long press end key to change it to lock device.

I'm having the same problem. I'm using the Sprint 6.5 rom. I get as far at start, settings... after that there is nothing that says "all settings", "personal", or "buttons".

Nevermind, I figured it out.

You have to press start, settings, MENU IN THE LOWER RIGHT, then all settings to get there. No one mentions that you have to press the menu button.
